It’s the beginning of the week, which sometimes feels like an unsurmountable challenge. With the weekend so far away, no amount of coffee or sandbag stress balls can get you through it. Sounds like somebody’s got a case of the Mondays.

Breathe. Smile. Read a few jokes or look at some silly pictures of animals from Bohm-Marrazzo Photography’s blog. Laugh.
Repeat 10-15 times daily or as needed.
